Lower Pool Deck Reservation Application

Terms and Conditions

  1. All applicants must be Bay Harbor Club residents and over 21 years old. Application must be submitted 14 days prior the party.
  2. Applicant must post their approved copy at Lower Pool Deck Reservation during the entire time of activity.
  3. Rental must be for personal or family use. No business related functions, including club or civic organization functions.
  4. A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required with this application payable to Bay Harbor Club Association, Inc. and a set up non-refundable fee of $100.00 payable to Bay Harbor Club Association. Please issue separate checks.
  5. This application is for the reservation of the Lower Pool Deck area only. The pool area shall remain open to Bay Harbor Club residents that wish to use it during the reserved activity. Pool hours are 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. The activity must fall within these hours.
  6. Applicant shall obey all laws, rules and regulations. No firearms, explosives or fireworks allowed. No underage drinking.
  7. Applicant shall not nail, staple, tack, or deface the walls, fences and posts surrounding the pool area, including the Lower Pool Deck. Applicant shall not cover any signage at or around the pool area. This may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  8. Applicant shall vacate the pool at the time specified and shall have left the premises in the same condition as found. This shall include, but is not limited to:
    1. cleaning up all trash
    2. returning all chairs to their original location
    3. leaving Lower Pool Deck in a clean and orderly condition
    4. cleaning the barbecue grill
  9. Applicant shall not allow unsupervised minors in the facility at anytime, and shall further prevent any unauthorized or improper use of the facilities. Parents must supervise parties for minors and must be present at all times.
  10. All use of recreational facilities is done at user’s own risk. Bay Harbor Club Association assumes no responsibility or liability for any use of the recreational facilities. There is no attendant on duty.
  11. Noise is to be kept at a reasonable level, and shall not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of surrounding neighbors or other residents who may be using the facility.

12. Absolutely no glass containers and/or balloons permitted in pool area or the lower pool deck.
